- The Grünloch-Experiment (Lunz am See, Austria)

- Meteorological Field Campaign about temperature inversions in Alpine basins

An iceicled HOBO.

A "wind-mast" of the University of Agricultural Sciences Vienna.

Iceicles at the rotors of the wind-mast.

The ice is a challange for the instruments. The records of this radiometer were not useable.

A HOBO at the Southeast-Line.

At the southeast-slope we couldn't find clear-ice. In this area hoarfrost was buidling wonderful formations.

Hoarfrost on a blade of grass. Because of the cold temperatures in the nights, subblimation is a large "problem" in sinkholes.

Our car of the Department of Meteorology and Geophysics (University of Vienna) - an Austrian made Jeep. Without this car it would be impossible in winter to reach the research area.

View down to the Ybbs-Valley.
